Breeding
Emperor Penguins are the only animal that breeds in the Antarctica Winter. Emperor Penguins begin there breeding process in Autumn(April), where all mates get together in the rockery(their home). Then each pair find a good places to have their eggs. This can be very loud and hard as all penguins are moving at once and they are trumpeting at the same time. After the they all find a good place the female penguin has a single egg. As you know all eggs have to be keep warm until they hatch but in Antarctica there is nothing to make or to cover the egg so the male penguin has to stay with the egg while the female goes to hunt for food during the winter. the female penguin will leave kilometres and kilometres away savaging for food after around five months the female penguins will return. When they return, all of the female penguins stick together and go back to the rockery. Once they are there each penguin will trumpet to each other and they will find each other. After 1 or2 weeks most of the eggs will hatch and that very moment the little chick comes out the mother will trumpet and the voice of the mother will never be forgotten by the little chick and she/he will stick by the mothers side.
